Highs and lows. I love being out and meeting new people and helping them with their financial needs where and when possible.

Pros: I love the customer interactions and getting to know them
Cons: The more i do the more they expect. We haven’t had a pay rise in over 3 years. And now they are making our current position redundant with a massive pay cut. They promise bonus but the targets they set aren’t achievable as they don’t base them on our individual areas. They base them in what the company requires for that month

Cons: The pretension demonstrated by most of those in the upper echelon of the town’s society. Most of society is in the upper echelon. The lack of quality employees available for hire is another problem linked directly this issue.
