DaVita Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at DaVita Inc.?

Great Environment.
Senior Program Manager, IT in Hudson:
Pros: The people
Cons: Sr. Leadership Experience & knowledge
Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN):
I absolutely love my job in a stand alone, large PD clinic. The team is strong and all on a mission for Fantastic Outcomes. We take care of children and skilled nursing patients along with our typical patients doing home treatments. We have a very supportive FA, the strongest SW, strongest RD, most charming AA, and The Fab 5 RNs. We make the clinic, "Team Unicorn". No paid holidays and it is manditory to take days off is hard for me to understand. Our pay raises sense I started in 2011 have been pennies. That is hard to swallow, I could be a RN at a jail for more money and benefits. Good thing I love my job....
Valued Employee Making a Difference.
Administrative Assistant in Winchester:
Pros: Flex time, communication and the teammates
Cons: the pay
Registered Nurse (RN):
Very bad turn over, docs always break contracts, nurses nvr stay under paid over worked, ma very unhappy....stay away like a high school. Managers dont have your back and if u tell regional managers about issues they tell docs n managers and they retaliate. Only doc, admins and cm get bonuses meanwhile everyone who works hard dont get bonuses just get fussed at if their bonus is cut 4 whatever reason. Ppl not clinical make decisions on how clinics are ran just catastrophic company.
Very busy and must be able to trouble shoot problems while always being a team player.
