Wells Fargo Bank Reviews
What is it like working at Wells Fargo Bank?
Great team environment.
Event Manager in New York:
Pros: I started about 7 months ago and so far it’s been great. I came in at a very busy time and was thrown right into the job. It was challenging at first but now I’m feeling a lot more settled and am really enjoying the job. We have a fantastic team of event specialists who are always willing and able to help, guide and share best practices. This is the best events team I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with.
Cons: I took a salary lower than I was making in the past but the opportunity to join a great team of events managers and concerns about the recession helped make my decision. I’m very glad I did however the job posting gave a range and I was disappointed that the salary I was offered was in the middle whereas with my years of experience and being based in NYC I expected the salary to be on the higher end of the range.
Great Culture and Autonomy.
Real Estate Asset Manager in Miami:
Pros: The autonomy I am given to build my clients' commercial portfolios in Miami alone from my entire group while knowing that my superiors will not interfere so they will get the best out of me.
Cons: Pay
Stable supportive and all the resources.
Branch Manager, Banking in Salem:
Pros: Stable and supportive,
Cons: Stressful, outcome driven not accounting for external factors
Low Stress but Slow.
Front End Developer / Engineer in Charlotte:
Pros: The pace at which everything moves allows for a great work life balance
Cons: Lack of coordination between management and employees.
Opportunities to Learn.
Senior Data Analyst in Charlotte:
Pros: I am able to save people time.
Cons: It is difficult to make lasting changes or eliminate duplicated efforts.
Okay.
Personal Banker in New Castle:
Pros: The customers
Cons: Sitting in the lobby and customers walking right up to your desk. Need more offices for privacy
Overall very good, but pay can be better.
Commercial Credit Analyst in Denver:
Pros: Great knowledgeable colleagues; opportunities to learn and advance; plenty of positions to match your degree. Great benefits other than paycheck
Cons: Pay is on the lower side. Can be bureaucratic at times.
