Overworked and underpaid.

Pros: My fellow employees and providers and when time allows it getting to know and go the extra mile to help patients and people in need.
Cons: The pay and across the board yearly market raises that are the same for all but don't account for inflation. The fact that I have remained loyal, continue to take on the biggest workloads and moved around to the offices with the biggest need while 3 new people will be hired in the place of just myself at an old office for more money each but a raise is out of the question after continuous praise of what I can do.

UT Health East Texas your coworkers will become your family. Compensation could improve. Management has been a rotating door for the past year. Insurance costs has gone up yearly but I’m happy we have it.
