As of yet I’m not making the appropriate amount of money due my experience or OhioHealth pay scale. Benefits are good. There is no problem with cultural issues. There seems to be good communication with all the sites.

Cons: Secrets, lack of communication, lies, gossip. Leaders do not take charge in situations and employees end up handling things on their own that should’ve been dealt with by management
