The pay is horrible. I am a CMA(AAMA) with 10 yrs of experience and am being paid just barely over what a CNA makes. The benefits are also not good and very expensive. If you have the opportunity don't do it.

Pros: The people at the company are very friendly and they make you feel welcome. And I like the open dialogue between the office manager and the staff. The Drs. Could learn to have better understanding and more patience.
Cons: They will pay someone with two years experience and someone with no experience the same wage, which isn’t fair.
